Give lessons as a gift

You can now give lessons as a gift. Choose an amount, write a personal message, and we email it to a friend or someone in your family. They open it and the amount goes to their KoloLingo balance, ready for lessons with the teacher of their choice.

• Pick an amount: $25, $50, $100, or any whole amount from $10 to $500.
• Make it personal: add a message, and choose when it arrives: right away or on a date you pick, like a birthday.
• Point them to a teacher: start from a teacher's profile with Give lessons with … as a gift, and we show that teacher first when they open it. They can still use it with any teacher.
• Pay the way you already do: card, crypto or your own balance.
• Nothing is lost: they have 3 years to open it. Until then you can send it again (to a corrected address too) or cancel it, and the amount goes to your balance. If it's never opened, it comes back to your balance by itself.
