KoloLingo is a marketplace of independent language teachers: real 1-on-1 lessons, per-minute instant calls, no subscriptions, and a wallet that’s worth exactly what a student puts in. We pay partners for students who actually take lessons — not for clicks, not for signups.
What you earn
$10 for every referred student who makes their first paid purchase of $20 or more. Refer a teacher instead and you earn $50 once they've taught 10 paid lessons here.
How tracking works
Your personal link (kololingo.com/r/YOURCODE) sets a 30-day, last-click cookie, and a signup adopts your code at account creation. Their first qualifying paid purchase counts as your activation. While the program is young you get a monthly statement of clicks, signups, and activations from us directly.
When you're paid
Monthly, once your balance reaches $25, after a 45-day holdback that matches our refund window. Refunded purchases are deducted. Payout in wallet credit, bank transfer via Stripe, or USDT/USDC — your choice.
Disclosure — required
You must clearly disclose the partnership wherever you share your link or code (#ad / “paid partnership”), per the FTC Endorsement Guides and whatever your own country's advertising rules require — in Norway that is the Marketing Control Act and the Consumer Authority's guidance, in the EU the Unfair Commercial Practices Directive as your member state implements it. Hidden advertising ends the partnership.
What ends the partnership
Self-referrals, posting codes to coupon sites, bidding on “KoloLingo” brand keywords, browser extensions that override attribution at checkout, or incentivized signups that never take a lesson. We review every payout by hand while the program is young.
