We'll tell you when a badge changes

Your two badges, Reliable and Students keep coming back, now come with a short message when they change.

• When you earn one, you get a notice in the app and by email. It tells you where the badge now shows: on your public profile and on your card in teacher search.
• If one has been off your profile for a day, you get a notice that shows your numbers from the latest check next to the bar. It also says what brings the badge back. You don't need to apply for anything: the badge comes back by itself at a later check once you meet the bar again. Your rate and your place in search stay the same.

You get at most one message per badge in a week. If a badge changes again during that week, we tell you where things stand at the end of it. If it ends up where it started, you get no message. Nothing is sent when your badges stay the same, and badges you already had before today don't send a message.

Tap the notice to open your Recognition card. It shows each bar and your own numbers.
