Write to support from anywhere, and a teacher login

Two small things that make KoloLingo easier to find your way around, both asked for by one of our teachers.

• Write to support from anywhere. Open your menu and choose Write to support. Write your message there and our team's replies appear in the same place, so the whole conversation stays together. If something goes wrong while you set up your payouts, the error now offers Write to support too, with the topic already filled in.
• Teacher login on the main page. Teachers can now choose Teacher login at the top of kololingo.com and go straight to their teaching dashboard.
