How to book lessons your teacher carried over (students)

If you already paid your teacher for lessons before joining KoloLingo, your teacher can add those lessons to your account. You then book them here without paying again.

Where to find them

When your teacher adds them, you get a notification and an email. The lessons appear with your teacher under My teachers and when you book a lesson with them.

How to book them

1. Open your teacher's page and choose Book.
2. Choose the lesson length your teacher added the lessons at, and a time. Your carried-over lesson is used automatically.
3. Confirm. Nothing is charged.

Good to know

• KoloLingo took no payment for these lessons. If you want a refund for them, talk to your teacher.
• They last 180 days from the day your teacher adds them.
• If a lesson is cancelled, it goes back to your balance under the usual rules.
• You can't leave a review for these lessons.
