Block, report, and delete your account

You can now block someone, report something, and delete your account, on the website and in the app.

• Block: open a message thread's menu and choose block. You can no longer message each other, and a student a teacher has blocked cannot book that teacher. The other person isn't told. You can unblock them in your account settings.
• Report: report a message, a review, a profile or an account. Our team reviews every report.
• Delete your account, even if money is left in your balance. We tell you clearly what happens to it before anything is deleted.
