Ask a colleague to cover your lesson
Can't teach a lesson because you're ill or travelling? You can now ask a colleague to cover it. Another KoloLingo teacher who teaches the same language and is free at that time takes the lesson, once your student agrees.

- Teachers: open the lesson and choose Ask a colleague to cover. Search for a colleague (only teachers who teach the lesson's language and are free then can be picked), add a note about what you're working on, and send. Your colleague accepts or declines; then your student is asked.
- Colleagues: a request shows on your dashboard under Needs you and in More → Cover requests. You see the time, the student's first name and the note. If you accept and the student agrees, the lesson, its room, its plan and its earning are yours, on your own commission terms.
- Students: you see who would teach you, with their profile, and decide. The time, the room link and the price stay the same. If you'd rather keep your teacher, nothing changes.
- Nothing changes until everyone agrees: a request that isn't answered in time closes on its own, and your teacher can withdraw it at any time before you agree.
